Today’s work spaces are changing rapidly. Cowork spaces, flexible workspaces are gaining traction among the largest part of the overall workforce population – The Millennials. Commercial real estate is changing with this new phenomena, Whether its drop-in space, conference rooms by the hour, a professional setting is still wanted and desired.
