At Office Evolution and Venture X, we believe in the power of community. The concept of ‘Ohana’—which means family in Hawaiian—is at the heart of everything we do. To us, Ohana means creating a space where everyone feels valued, heard, and cared for. It’s about building relationships that go beyond business, fostering a genuine sense of belonging and trust.
We are excited to announce the launch of our Spirit of Ohana quarterly award, designed to recognize the Community Manager who best exemplifies this spirit. Our Community Managers are the heartbeat of our coworking spaces, treating our members and guests with the same care, compassion, and support as they would their own families. Through their kindness and genuine connection, they help create an inclusive environment where members thrive together, building meaningful relationships that extend far beyond the office walls.
We are proud to announce that Tim Awad is the first recipient of the Spirit of Ohana Award! Tim’s dedication to our values of community, connection, and support is felt and much appreciated by his members and coworkers. His warm, genuine approach to helping members and guests has created a welcoming and caring atmosphere where everyone feels like they belong. Tim goes above and beyond to cultivate relationships, showing compassion and support in every interaction.
Thank you, Tim, for being an outstanding example of the Spirit of Ohana. You’ve made Office Evolution Denver a place where people feel truly at home.
