Room on the Anne: Founding Memberships at Martin Court

When General Oglethorpe sailed for Georgia in 1733, he filled the Anne with 114 colonists. They landed at Yamacraw Bluff on February 12 and built a city around shared squares. Nearly three centuries later, we’re filling a new set of squares at 20 Martin Court, and we’d like you aboard as a founding member of Office Evolution Savannah Gateway.

Founding members who sign a 12-month private office agreement by November 30, 2026 receive:

• Two months free, spread over the year. Your rent is reduced by one-sixth every month, so you pay for 10 months across the full 12.
• Half off the setup fee: $99.50 instead of $199.
• First pick of our premium offices for the first 10 founding members. Choose from the executive offices on Orleans, Oglethorpe, and Columbia Squares before anyone else.
