Bob’s contributions to the Ritz-Carlton brand are legendary. His visionary work includes overseeing operations for 110 luxury hotels and managing 15 properties in the pipeline. He also spearheaded the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection project, establishing standards of operations for this unique floating hotel. Bob’s strategic foresight and leadership have made a significant impact on the expansion of luxury brands, elevating customer experiences and achieving sustained business growth.
