Debby Dykes of Network in Action

Meet one of our featured #dreamers, #risktakers, and #doers: Network in Action’s Debby Dykes!

Tell us a bit about yourself and your career.

I was in the medical/lab supplies industry for over 25 years and retired as a sales trainer for traveling representatives. Community involvement is a passion of mine so, following retirement, I hoped to find an outlet for that passion day in and day out. That’s why I joined Network in Action (NIA) in 2018 and just celebrated my two-year anniversary as a franchise owner.

As fellow entrepreneurs, we would love to hear about your business.

NIA is a monthly meet-up of small to medium-size business owners with the shared goal to cultivate trusted partnerships with other business people in the community.

Who is your typical customer?

NIA members are decision-makers of a business or organization. Any potential members may attend one meeting and meet with the franchise owner to see if it’s a good fit. By supporting each other’s goals and success, members often create tight-knit and lasting relationships, so we want to ensure whoever joins enhances that dynamic.

How does partnering with Office Evolution support your organization?

I enjoy a space free from distractions at OE, but also a professional environment to meet members and host conferences with restaurants and amenities just steps away.
