“What I focus on is providing psychotherapy to children ages 6 through 19 and their families and I also work with adults, particularly the ones who have substantial trauma.”
“The first one would be don’t be afraid to make mistakes. This is actually my second iteration of a private practice and it’s going far better than I had the first time because of some of the mistakes I made and learned from. Don’t be afraid to take risks. As scary as they may seem, you can always make them more calculated. Finally, don’t be afraid to talk yourself up to other people.”
