Please join us in Congratulating Fred and Fran Franke in the signing of their lease in Fairfax City, Virginia!!
The new Office Evolution at 10304 Eaton Place is located in the heart of Fairfax City and west of Washington, D.C.
The 10,138 square foot space is on the first floor and will encompass 33 private offices, 6 larger team offices and 3 large conference rooms along with drop-in space that can support approximately 16 members at one time.
The new Office Evolution will be right across the street from the Fairfax Shopping Center/Point50 offering a variety of retail stores and restaurants, including Wholefoods and Orange Theory.
This project is situated on the booming Route 50 retail corridor, with easy access to the heavily trafficked Interstate 66.
