OE mentioned in GlobalFranchiseMagazine.com

Despite a topsy-turvy year, Office Evolution has continued to thrive.

The pandemic has emphasized the strength of the OE model, says Founder and CEO Mark Hemmeter. People “don’t want lengthy commutes to the city anymore. They want to work where they live.” The bet he made 20 years ago – making flexible, shared workspaces available in suburbs and neighborhoods – has really paid off.

Today, Office Evolution is the largest provider of locally owned and operated flexible workplace locations in the US, with more than 74 locations across 26 states. And it’s only getting bigger: While other businesses were struggling in 2020, OE opened five new locations.

All that growing means OE is seeking entrepreneurial-minded operators to continue its expansion. “We’re looking for sophisticated executives or serial entrepreneurs – franchisees who are really good at business development and sales, and understand the hospitality mindset,” says Hemmeter.

It’s a Win-Win

  • For franchise owners, the work-life balance is a big plus. Offices are manned during normal business hours only, with only one employee needed at the desk.
  • Centers operate with a 93% recurring income model.
  • No business experience? No worries. If potential franchisees are “creative, hospitality-oriented, business-development-oriented, they can be a really good fit,” says Hemmeter.

If you’ve always dreamed of being your own boss and you’re energized enough to make it happen, we welcome you to join our Ohana (family)!
