The population continues to grow in South Florida, and so does its demand for flexible workspace! As reported in Franchising.com, plans for five new Office Evolution business centers are in the works! The first two flexible workspaces will be in Plantation and Coral Springs—

The Plantation Office Evolution at 261 N. University Drive is owned by Navy Veteran Eddie and Mitzy Uribazo. Eddie is a life-long entrepreneur with a wealth of business experience. Their Plantation location includes—

Further north, Mark Mendel is set to open his first Office Evolution location in Coral Springs at 3301 N University Drive. Opening in May, Mark’s location will occupy about 7,500 square feet of the first floor and will be within walking distance to many of the finest restaurants and shopping areas in Coral Springs.
