The new Office Evolution location in Herndon is one of two locations in the Northern Virginia area. This 6,400 square-foot space includes private offices, conference rooms, shared work spaces, and other business services, such as live phone answering, a remote receptionist, and an address for receiving mail. The Herndon location opened March 15th of this year and is owned by local entrepreneur Martin Gruszaka. Having participated in the start-up and creative workforce, Gruszaka understands the pressing need for the flexibilty afforded by coworking space. These two locations are only the beginning of Office Evolution’s plans for the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. Mark Hemmeter, CEO of Office Evolution, would like to see many more locations here, with 8-10 in the Nothern Virginia area alone, “There’s just a lot of very motivated and exciting entrepreneurs and small business owners there…”
The new location will serve small-business owners in Reston, Ashburn, Sterling, and Chantilly as well as Herndon.
We welcome Herndon to the Office Evolution family. Click here to read more about the new Virginia location.
