Join in the celebration as Office Evolution welcomes our newest franchise location in Westchester, New York. 

Franchisee owner Jon Rotter is excited for the journey to begin and stated, “I see the value in the culture of Office Evolution…I also see value in being part of a team and going through this together. The model is not easily replicable.”

Jon was initially attracted to Office Evolution because of the sustainable growth projections within the coworking industry, which has seen an annual increase of 23 percent since 2010 according to a Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. report. The ability to obtain a flexible work schedule, back-end support from the corporate network, and the ability to service B2B customers were the tipping points for Jon in his decision to become an Office Evolution franchisee.
