How does culture impact the overall success of a brand? For Office Evolution, culture is everything. Since beginning to franchise in 2012, the brand has grown to more than 50 locations across the U.S. and shows no sign of slowing down. "Many people believe that the relationship between the franchisee and the franchisor is a two-way street; we see it as more of a triangle. The Office Evolution culture is all about family and helping people as they need it," said Hemmeter to Franchising World reporter Matt Wiggins.
