While the co-working space continues to boom with big players like WeWork and Regus growing in major cities, Office Space has found great success by catering their franchise offering to entrepreneurs over 35 in the suburbs who can provide a stronger community feel. In a recent article in Entrepreneur Magazine, CEO Mark Hemmeter discussed the benefits of their approach and model, saying "Our franchisees are not seen as foreign entities coming into town when they open up a location. They're seen as members of the community, friends who've been part of that community forever."
