 Andy and Mary Ann make you feel right at home - the space is professional, yet warm. They have really thought of everything, from coffee to storage need and conference rooms.

The benefits of separating your workspace from your home space are clear after spending a week there. It's easier to switch modes from work to home when you leave at the end of the day and you avoid the noise of construction and other family members while you are there - making it much easier to concentrate.

And the location is such a treat - working on King Street is such a benefit and the views are great!

I have been a member of Office Evolution since 2017 and love the workspace that they provide! Not only is it conveniently located in downtown Charleston, but the staff is friendly, professional, and very responsive to any questions or concerns I might have.
I do not need a ton of space for my business, so their small, private offices are perfect for what I do. They also offer complimentary items to their members, such as snacks, coffee, tea, etc. Office Evolution is a great place to network, too! I really love working inside OE, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a shared work-space in Charleston.

I started going here in January of 2020 and I LOVE it! I rent from the shared space as opposed to a private office. There are 2 phone booths for privacy if I need them, and conference rooms to rent if necessary. I can print things here and there are mailboxes as well.

The community is great! Yesterday I grabbed lunch with a new friend I met here and we just left our stuff (computer, etc...) and it was perfectly safe and sound when we returned. The people are kind, both the other workers and the staff.

I will stay here for as long as I'm in Chareleston!

I have used the downtown Charleston location for awhile now ... excellent location and great staff. Their office manager (MA) is just GREAT. MA is always there to greet me and my clients with a smile and Shows an outstanding level of professionalism. The franchise owner Andy Frye is often seen in the halls checking to make sure people have all they need and keeping up the quality of the location. Overall a 5 star experience .. I highly recommend this location AND their superb staff.
