There are numerous locations here in the Denver metro area. Being a sales guy, I'm in an Office Evolution location multiple times a week between client meetings, printing a contract, grabbing some drop-in space and some Wi-Fi to get work done between meetings. The flexibility with the various office locations has been a lifesaver.
As a small business, part of our elevator pitch is "we're flexible". Office Evolution has been very flexible with us as far as office space, conference rooms, or something last minute our business requires.
We knew our goal when we moved out here was to grow our business internally. We knew Office Evolution would be the perfect place for us to grow within its own walls, and we've done that... from me being the only guy out here in a cube in Golden, to hiring folks, to getting bigger offices, to getting more offices, and Office Evolution has been very accommodating.

Three years ago I started The Market Element out of my home office - just me and two clients. I quickly on boarded a business partner and two other employees. We needed to expand, we needed a place where we could take clients. It's not gonna be my home office. I looked around the Boulder/Denver area and I had the opportunity to visit Office Evolution. I liked the location, the amenities were terrific, and also the overall community within which I would be working was exciting to me. That's actually been a great value to me as I've grown the business I've got to know the people I work near and I think that's just been a great fit for The Market Element.
Also, as a business, we are at Office Evolution in our Louisville location, but in our Katy, TX location where my business partner has a business suite, he is actually quite jealous of everything we have here that he doesn't have in Katy, TX. So, it's been a really good experience to see what we have here and he wishes he had an Office Evolution in Katy, TX.
Over the years, when meeting clients, I’d try to find a central area to meet with them. I’d find a Panera or a Starbucks. Over the years, people use these places as meeting places, and now they’re getting loud and congested and people don’t want you sitting there for an hour or two after buying a coffee or maybe a Danish. I knew I was on borrowed time in finding a place to meet and talk with clients. I knew at some point I’d need to find some office space. I love it here at Office Evolution, because it provides me a relaxed, quiet, and professional atmosphere for me to meet clients. I can’t tell you how many clients that walk through the door and say this is a beautiful office. This is the first point of contact that you have with a client, and that means a lot in selling the services. I believe if you display your services in a professional manner, it makes it that much easier for the client to say “yes,” and that much easier for you to not negotiate your price. They know your services are professional and they know they have to pay for professional service. That’s what I get from Office Evolution.
For us, the level of professionalism, the amenities, and the services contained in the Office Evolution process were everything we needed to be able to come in, create a safe space for our clients, and an efficient process for us as providers where we didn’t have to worry about if there’s coffee available, where’s the printer, does the internet work. And having Business Center Manager in our office, who’s really wonderful, to be able to greet clients and help them be comfortable in the in-office process.
Office Evolution has been nothing short of amazing in helping with the success of my business! The office manager, was able to show me the missing pieces to my new entrepreneurship. For our relatively young firm, Office Evolution is the perfect balance of great location, competitive pricing, and flexibility. It also does a good job providing a professional work atmosphere without feeling like you are working in a library.

Office Evolution enables me (and now my team!) to work in a professional office setting for a very reasonable price, in a super convenient location. As a small nonprofit, this was hard to find this elsewhere. The location is particularly convenient, so on garden days I can drop in for a few hours and focus on some office work, then head right out and get back to some of our local school gardens.
The location, professionalism, flexibility, cost-effectiveness is just a few things that come to mind. My clients are always overly impressed at the hospitality they receive while in the facility. The fact that they have several different locations throughout the United States is a huge bonus. It’s a no brainer.
