GROWING DEMAND FOR CO-WORKING SPACES IN STAMFORD, CONNECTICUT
With a growing need for co-working space in the area, Office Evolution recently opened its newest coworking space in downtown Stamford. The location offers its guests 34 private and furnished offices across nearly 10,000 square feet of space. “It’s an extremely flexible model,” co-owner Nicole Maddox said in an interview with the Stamford Advocate. “We have people who have signed up for a year. We have people who are going month to month. … The commitment level is whatever people want it to be.”
