New Franchisees – Stan Brovont and Charlene Sosack

It is exciting to announce the newest members of our Ohana, Stan Brovont and Charlene Sosack, who will be developing a location in the northeast Atlanta, GA area near Johns Creek and Duluth.

Stan has had over a 35 year career as a corporate executive in the telecommunications industry and found himself needing to do something new. He’s always had a passion for entrepreneurship which led him to research several franchise opportunities. He gravitated towards coworking franchise opportunities and, understanding the industry growth, was confident that it was “the right time and the right market” to get involved. While the burgeoning industry was a strong factor in moving forward, it was our culture and people that made Office Evolution the perfect fit. Stan believes that he’s going to be in business with people, and that it’s the people who make the business. He is eager to get started on site search and is looking forward to making new friends, happy memories, and of course, money along the way. He also wanted to be able to help others, especially those who have been loyal in his previous careers – which leads to Charlene.

Charlene is a Georgia native and has an extensive background in marketing and executive support. She worked for Stan for 12 years where they developed a close friendship and professional partnership. Both had the “entrepreneurial itch” and often discussed going into business together. Through a lot of thought and painstaking research, their longtime dream to open a business together is coming true through Office Evolution. Charlene will not only be supporting all stages of development of their OE franchise, she will also be the Business Center Manager. While going through the awarding process and learning about the BCM role, she felt that the position was perfectly tailored for her background and she could envision herself being successful in the role. She describes herself as a people person and was attracted to OE’s culture and strong model to help other entrepreneurs. She is excited to meet new people, build strong relationships with her fellow Ohana and members, learn new skills, and help others in her community.

Stan has 5 grown kids and is close to being an empty nester. In his free time, he enjoys sailing and riding his motorcycles when he is not working on restoring his ’69 Pontiac GTO. While he is not a self-proclaimed “foodie,” he enjoys trying new foods and says he knows good food when he tries it. He is very active in his community and volunteers on the board of Mental Health America of Georgia, that’s mission is to focus on wellness of individuals rather than the stigma of mental illness.

Charlene enjoys spending her free time close to family. She is a talented baker and is even writing a cookbook of her favorite family recipes. Yum! Each recipe comes with a short story as to where it originated and what makes them special. She is also enjoys crafting and creates beaded costume jewelry and framed decoupaged jigsaw puzzles that she gifts to friends and family.

Look forward to their new Office Evolution location in Atlanta! Or find a location in your area.
