New Lease Agreement – Northglenn, Colorado

Please join us in Congratulating Dennis and Diane Mapes on the signing of their lease in Northglenn, CO, a northern suburb of Denver.

The new OE location, at 11990 Grant Street will take up most of the 5th floor and approximately 11,300 square feet with gorgeous views of the front range mountains from the main conference room and some of the exterior offices. This location will have 45 offices, ranging from micro-offices to 4 or 5 team member suites, in addition this location will offer two conference rooms.

The building is visible from I-25, a major corridor in the Denver area and 120th street, a very busy street in a bustling area about 20 minutes north of downtown Denver.

An RTD stop is very close from the building with an underground tunnel going below the major interstate. Three hotels are within easy walking distance as well as many varying restaurant choices.

The nearby Northglenn Recreation Center is within walking distance and offers fitness and childcare to the tenants of the building.
