Tell us about your business

I am a CoachSultant. I can jump into a business, discover what they are good at and help them capitalize on it. What they are not so good at – I help them fix it, then coach them on how to grow such a business through structured processes.

What is your favorite thing about your business?

I get to meet business owners and leaders in different industries and help them grow.

Why did you choose your profession?

It felt like everything that happened in my professional life, happened so I can become a business coach. I’ve done sales, marketing, project management, product management, owned P&L’s and lead teams across different functions and countries.

What are three reasons you love your career?

I get to meet and hang out with great entrepreneurs everyday
I get to help them grow their businesses
I get to enjoy that growth with them

What are your top tips for other entrepreneurs?

Face your reality. Don’t bury your head in the sand.
Know you and your businesses strengths and capitalize on them.
Manage your relationships with your clients, your employees and referral partners. Stop chasing strangers.
Manage your priorities.
Always redefine your vision and goals.

What is the best career advice you have received?

“If you stop growing, you will eventually decline”

Are you a dreamer, risk-taker, or doer?

I think I am all three. It really depends on the situation. In some phases of your business you have to be a dreamer (vision oriented), and in some instances you have to be a risk taker, and in others you have to be a doer. It all comes down to situational leadership.

How long have you been an OE Member?

I have been a member in OE since October 2020.

How has OE helped your business?

OE was the perfect solution for me when I was starting my business back in 2020 and now as my business is growing. To me, it’s the perfect place to be.

What might we find you doing on a day off?

Playing with my kids, Adam and Leo, reading, and swimming

What is your favorite book?

How to Win Friends and Influence People

If you could travel anywhere, where would it be? Why?

I’ve traveled to more than 40 countries, but the one that I’ve never been to and is on my bucket list is Japan.
