I'm writing this in the middle of my first day renting a private office. Positives: The staff here are the reason this gets 5-stars. Marie was great to work with in getting set up and Ann at the front desk is friendly and very helpful. The offices are clean and probably what you'd expect. There's coffee (the instant coffee you'd expect from any office) and a vending machine for snacks in a common area. And the bathrooms are clean! Issues: I work from home on a regular basis. The work I do requires a strong internet signal. Unfortunately, the internet isn't very strong here. It's not "bad", just not great. The other issue is the noise. I had someone in an office next to me who must have thought they were at home, because they were blaring their conference calls and videos so loudly that I could hear it over my own headphones. Ann was amazing and asked them to lower the volume. The internet issue will, unfortunately, prevent me from being able to work here on busy days, because I need to transfer large file sizes over the internet, but it's a great place if I have a slower day and need to get out of the house.
