Keith and Rhonda Kometer, owners of Office Evolution Madison, are excited to open the first Wisconsin location of the Office Evolution nationwide network. They feel the OE Ohana (family) philosophy is a perfect fit for the progressive city of Madison. Keith and Rhonda have made it their mission to serve the business community by offering a friendly, supportive, professional environment that inspires people to achieve their best work while reaching their goals!
For more than 25 years, Keith has been using his expertise to drive growth and success for companies such as Kohler, Masonite and currently for Design House Inc. as Vice President of Strategy. He is happy to share his knowledge and strategic skills with the members of Office Evolution Madison. Over the life of her career, Rhonda has found passion and purpose in helping others identify opportunities and solutions to overcome obstacles. She has worked in consultative selling in the Kitchen & Bath industry and administrative support for nonprofit organizations like The United Way and the National MS Society. She looks forward to connecting with members and offering them her support and problem-solving skills.
For Keith and Rhonda, the Ohana philosophy extends well beyond the walls of OE into the Madison community as a whole. Being part of a community is about more than living and working in an area. It’s about dedicating time and resources in service of others to maintain and increase the quality of life for all citizens of Madison. They look forward to engaging with community organizations to learn how OE Madison can be a partner in their mission to serve others.
