5 years running now & these are the ladies who brought me to this concept. Always easy to gain a reservation, very pleasant staff, everything is smooth working from this Peoria location on a consistent basis. Very great customer service. There is a large room for meetings up to about 30 people and an even larger one within the building for more if needed. I love the occasional social gatherings of businesses within this location.

Hi there, I'm Shelley Bade, and I am so pleased to be the first ‘conversion effort’ of Office Evolution. I come to the Ohana with 10 years of experience in shared workspace concepts in Arizona. I have owned my own office suites company and from this, have come on board with 3 quality locations that I have recently converted to the OE model and brand. They are Peoria, North Phoenix and Surprise here in the greater Phoenix area.
I have been in the commercial real estate arena since 1993 in the Phoenix area; and specialize in office leasing and property management. Who would have thought that the path I have taken for the last 27 years would lead me to here? I love where I am at right now, and my passion for over 35 years has been small businesses and the entrepreneurial spirit that drives them. I am now in a position to help them grow and connect with other like-minded professionals.
