Facilities are brand new and very clean. 3. Pricing options are great depending on your needs. 4. Fresh ground coffee available to all tenants and very nice break room with microwave, refrigerator, and REAL forks, spoons, plates, glasses... that might sound unimportant, but it's better for the environment because we don't have to rely on the disposable plastic ones. 5. Management team is very friendly, they make you feel welcome and part of the community. In addition to that, the variety of people that you interact with is quite interesting. In conclusion, I love it here!

Rebecca Alden is the Business Center Manager of Office Evolution - Phoenix. With over 15 years of customer service, you can expect the utmost care and professionalism to aid in the success for your business. She prides herself on the personal care and understanding she can offer a growing entrepreneur. When outside of work Rebecca enjoys traveling to the east coast to spend time with her larger than life family. She also takes part in all the landscape that Arizona wilderness has to offer, camping, hiking, and taking the Jeep off road with her significant-other Trevor and her Yorkipoo Prince.
After 10 years as an actuary followed by over 20 years of providing mediation services to a wide variety of clients, Kyle Timmons retired from the mediation business and now owns and operates Office Evolution franchises in the Greater Phoenix area including Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa and surrounding communities.
As a business owner, Kyle leased space from Office Evolution and similar organizations and so understands the environment, needs and experience from the customer side of the equation. Leasing space from Office Evolution gave him the opportunity to professionalize and rapidly grow his business and he is excited about the chance to help fellow small business owners succeed, follow their passion and grow their business.
