Kiska Gifford is the Business Center Manager at Office Evolution Phoenix. She loves helping people achieve their goals and enjoys helping the entrepreneurs at Office Evolution find the best fit for their needs. Outside of work she enjoys taking care of her two adorable schnauzers and two playful kittens, running, all things Disney, and traveling with her family and friends, especially if there is a beach.

After 10 years as an actuary followed by over 20 years of providing mediation services to a wide variety of clients, Kyle Timmons retired from the mediation business and now owns and operates Office Evolution franchises in the Greater Phoenix area including Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa and surrounding communities. As a business owner, Kyle leased space from Office Evolution and similar organizations and understands the environment, needs and experience from the customer side of the equation. Leasing space from Office Evolution gave him the opportunity to professionalize and rapidly grow his business and he is excited about the chance to help fellow small business owners succeed, follow their passion and grow their business.
