The spaces are clean, there is always snacks and drinks available, and the management is very friendly and helpful. The office is also very private and separated with large offices so you feel safe and comfortable about your work space. Highly recommend this spot if needing a place to get out of the house and work or if your company is looking for a larger more private space this is perfect as well.

Residing in Jacksonville, then Gainesville, and now St. Petersburg, Ally considers herself to be a native Floridian. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2017. Ally comes from over eight years in the hospitality industry, where she took pride in ensuring guests a seamless and memorable experience with every visit. In a previous position as Sales Manager at a Marriott hotel, she earned recognition as “Employee of the Year” for her enthusiastic sales efforts, consistent dedication, and willingness to assist wherever necessary. Ally is extremely organized and an avid “checklister” with goal-completion as her biggest motivation. Outside of work, her favorite hobbies include hiking with her adventure cat Bagheera, gardening, cooking, and listening to music.

The Przedpelskis have lived in Tampa for over 30 years, where Karen was an accountant and John was the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Masonite International. Karen later took some time off to raise their three children. Instead of taking early retirement when their youngest graduated from high school, they soon began looking for new business opportunities.
