I am not a client, just want to say that upfront. But I have gone there for networking events and have toured the facility. Great location and surrounded by other office buildings and plenty of locations to eat. Garage parking available and spots for guest parking. There is a college close by if you want to leave at the end of the day to further your education. Inside it is bright, spacious and has two conference rooms and a shared break area. The reception is very friendly. Close to a metro stop (less than 1/2 mile). Can't give advice regarding the cost but it will be worth your time to check it out.

My business has enjoyed using John's venue for multiple trainings and meetings. The support staff are incredibly attentive, helpful and caring, making sure you have what you need to be successful. The venue is an awesome, state of the art facility that allows one to customize to meet your expectations.
