Mark founded Office Evolution in 2003 and serves as CEO. Prior to founding Office Evolution, he was a developer and operator of hospitality properties including resort hotels, casinos, retail stores and restaurants in Colorado, Hawaii, Louisiana, California, Mexico and the Caribbean. His passions in business include real estate development, technology and supporting entrepreneurs. He is an active member of YPO/WPO and has been a member of ULI, Vistage, NAIOP, and the CU Real Estate Council. He loves to explore and so far has visited 44 countries and climbed seventeen 14,000+ foot peaks in Colorado. Originally from Honolulu, Mark graduated the University of Colorado College of Business. He has been married for 27 years to Lisa and has three daughters.

 

William Edmundson - COO for Office Evolution

William joined Office Evolution in 2018 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. With over twenty-five years of experience leading service and franchise organizations in the hospitality, executive office suites and software industries, William is known for his expertise in formulating strategy, building brand equity and culture, improving the customer experience, developing profitable new concepts and services, acquisitions and generating excellent P&L results. He has launched and led brands, turned-around companies and built amazing teams. During his career, he has repeatedly produced double-digit growth in sales, revenue and EBITDA; reversed multi-year same store declines; and achieved record customer satisfaction scores. Originally from Houston, Texas, he enjoys spending time with his family, grilling and entertaining.

Emily joined Office Evolution in October 2008. As the VP of Development, she oversees expansion strategy and real estate and site selection as well as build out operations and design. Before becoming VP of Development, Emily held other roles at OE including Senior Director of Operations and Director of Special Projects. Before joining OE, Emily worked as General Manager of a luxury boutique inn in Boulder, CO. Originally from Durango, Emily earned a degree in French and Business from the University of Colorado in Boulder. She spends her free time enjoying the Colorado outdoors hiking, camping and stand up paddle boarding.

Mike joined Office Evolution in April 2017.  He oversees all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions for the company.  He has over 33 years of experience having worked in the outdoor advertising, insurance, franchise, manufacturing and financial services industries in the capacity of CFO, Director of Finance and Controller.  He spent 6 years as the Controller for the restaurant franchisor, Taco John’s International in Cheyenne, Wyoming.  He obtained his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Wyoming and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Jeff joined Office Evolution in November 2014 as the Director of Digital Marketing. With an extensive digital marketing background focusing on franchises, Jeff leads the overall digital marketing direction for the corporate and franchisee locations. Before joining Office Evolution, Jeff led an internet marketing company working exclusively with franchises.  His clients included Hunter Douglas, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Carefree Boat Club, DoodyCalls, Gotcha Covered, Cartridge World as well as other franchise & non franchise clients.

Jena joined Team OE in May 2016.  As the Director of Franchise Acceleration, she is responsible for advising Franchisees on improving their Unit Economics as well as the overall performance of their Business Centers.  Prior to her Director role, Jena held the Regional General Manager role where she oversaw the management of all of the Colorado Corporate-Owned Business Centers. Before joining Office Evolution, Jena worked in multi-unit franchise operations for several national brands, bringing experience in team building and leadership development.  Jena has a B.A. from Concordia College in Organizational Communications.

Brad joined OE in 2017. As a Franchise Business Consultant, he coaches Franchisees on maximizing their Unit Economics as well as the overall performance of their Business Centers. Prior to OE Brad worked for two other national franchise brands where he worked with franchisees in starting and growing their businesses after spending 20 years as a Director of Sales for a national advertising company. Brad enjoys SCUBA, hiking, and personal training.

Lacy joined Office Evolution in December 2015.  As the Project Manager she proactively manages all of our buildout projects. With a BS in Interior Design and a Minor in Architecture from Texas Tech Universtiy this allows Lacy to develop space plans, furniture floor plans and assist in the finish selection process. She also collaborates with a larger team of facilities professionals managing tasks from architects, site planners, furniture vendors, cost estimators, IT contractors and Engineers.

Jessica joined Office Evolution in August 2017. As the Real Estate and Construction Project Manager, she oversees real estate and site selection, as well as the buildout of the space. Jessica joined Office Evolution with 10 years prior experience in Real Estate, working on the Landlord and Asset Management side. Jessica has a BA in History in Psychology from Metro State University.

Scott joined Office Evolution in September of 2017. As the IT Manager he oversees all things IT (although he isn't responsible for programming the microwave, yet ;-). Scott comes with a varied background in IT, he likes solving interesting problems and occasionally creating a few. When not fixing computers that he broke, Scott enjoys backpacking, cycling and landscape photography, and can sometimes be found over a brew kettle making 'fermentable barley tea'.

Sarah joined Office Evolution in 2008 as a Business Center Manager in Longmont, CO. With a noticeable knack for technology and programming, Sarah transitioned into the Technology Integration Manager role shortly thereafter. It’s Sarah’s mission to, on a daily basis, onboard new members onto OE’s various technology platforms, and assist in resolving members' technical issues as efficiently as possible. Sarah has a degree in Equine Business Management and Science. Prior to Office Evolution, she worked as a Farm Manager at a horse farm.

As an Accounting Manager she handles billing, receivables for OE and their Franchise locations, as well as providing our Business Center Managers with client support. My background is in Sales and Customer Service as I worked retail for 4 years before coming to office evolution. I was also a Lead in the Client Care center for my last few months out of the two years that I was in there. Now I am in charge of all Billing for our Corporate and Franchise locations as well as supporting the BCM’s and Clients that have questions about invoices and payments.

Emily joined Office Evolution in January 2014. She formerly managed the Client Care Center for over two years before transitioning into the Development Department. She now participates with the Office Evolution Development Team by coordinating and supporting the Franchise Sales Process from lead generation to buildout. Prior to joining OE, she enjoyed varying positions in Food & Beverage management and hospitality, developing her extensive sales and customer service background.

Nancy joined Office Evolution in 2018 and serves as Director of Brand Expansion. Nancy contributes to the Company’s rapid growth by developing conversion and acquisition opportunities with the owners of independent shared office operations. She also develops management contract and licensing deals with commercial office landlords. Nancy joins Office Evolution with deep experience in the shared office industry having spent fifteen years with BusinesSuites, an executive suites provider. As Vice President of Development, Nancy was instrumental in building the brand to more than 30 locations across 10 U.S. markets. BusinesSuites was acquired by Regus in 2015. Nancy graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas where she obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration.

Stephanie joined Office Evolution in May 2012. She developed and managed OE’s Central Services / Call Center Operations in Broomfield, CO. Most recently she has taken on the role of a Business Center Manager in our Golden / Lakewood location.

Stephanie brings over 20 years of leadership, management & human resources experience. Prior to joining Office Evolution, she lead large call center operations for companies such Sprint, IBM & DISH Network. Stephanie and her husband also owned some small businesses in the CO foothills, just west of Denver.
