New Franchisees – Brian and Nerrida Koster

After a short stint in Atlanta, Brian and Nerrida Koster are moving back to Austin where they have lived for the last 14 years. They’re big fans of the Texas hill country and are eager to return, and start a new endeavor as Office Evolution franchisees.

“Austin offers a unique blend of state government, high-tech industry, and academia. Plus, it has a thriving music scene,” says Brian. “And since both Austin and San Antonio have continued to experience incredible growth for the past 30 years, they are great markets in which to open a new business.”

The couple both grew up in Carbondale, Illinois, where their fathers were professors at Southern Illinois University. They have been married for 32 years and have three grown children. During that time, Brian worked in digital technologies for some large Fortune 500 companies, including Shell Oil, Dell Computer and Stanley Black & Decker. Now, they say, it’s time to shake things up and explore a different path.

“We are excited to open and run our own business where we can plot our own course.  After 35 years in the corporate world it will be quite refreshing!” Brian says.
