Office Evolution Adds Office Space in Arlington, VA

We are pleased to announce that Office Evolution is coming to Arlington, VA!

Trey Hardin has signed the lease for his 11,187 sf location at 1530 Wilson Blvd  that will be split between the 1st and 6th floor (Suites 100 & 650), taking advantage of both a first floor presence and 6th floor views of the National Mall across the Potomac!

The building is currently undergoing a refresh and remodel, which will be complete by the time the location opens. Trey’s center will have 52 offices and 2 conference rooms, and his members will have access to a fitness center and amenity room as well as additional conference room space.

1530 Wilson Blvd is located at the Rosslyn end of the infamous ‘RB (Rosslyn Ballston) corridor’, a transit-oriented strip packed with metro stations, retail and high density housing. To ensure he launches strong, Trey and his Cushman & Wakefield team worked together to make sure all things were ready for the future opening.
