Wisconsin’s Dreamers, Risk-takers and Doers are getting a place to do their ‘thing’ in Madison! As reported recently in WisBusiness, Madison residents Keith and Rhonda Kometer have chosen a franchise location and are shooting for a Fall 2021 opening! Rhonda says—
“There are tens of thousands of people who are working remotely and are seeking a place where they can get work done in a safe and convenient environment—”
The Kometer’s new Office Evolution location will provide remote workers and businesses of all sizes with 9,944 square feet of workspace, access to 55 private offices and 2 conference rooms. Rhonda adds—
“We are excited to be able to provide businesses and solopreneurs throughout the Madison area with access to a professional workspace where they can network, collaborate, and innovate to continue to drive their business forward.”
Located at 2921 Landmark Place in Madison, the new OE location is convenient to several main highways, Madison’s Capitol area and business district, the University of Wisconsin, and Middleton and Monona. Convenient, collaborative, and safe!
Office Evolution’s Chief Marketing and Development Officer
Andrea Pirrotti-Dranchak believes that—
There is no going back to the traditional office model— 2021 is the year of the flexible workspace, and businesses continue to shift to more hybrid work models.
“We cannot wait to see the positive impact they have on the
Madison business ecosystem.”
