We are expanding our Flex Office offerings across Office Evolution and Venture X to better support how work is actually happening today. More hybrid schedules, more variability, and a growing need for privacy and professionalism without long-term commitments. 

Flex plans are designed to meet that shift. 

What Flex Offices Are and Why They Work 

A Flex Office plan gives you access to fully furnished private offices on a flexible, as-needed basis. 

Instead of paying for an office that sits empty, you receive a set number of private office days each month that you can use when it makes sense. Whether that is for a client meeting, a focused workday, or bringing your team together, the space is there when you need it. 

Flex add-ons start at $399 per month and range from 5 to 20 days. 

Each time you book, you get a professional, private office environment with high-speed internet, plug-and-play setup, and full access to shared amenities like kitchens, lounges, and phone rooms. You also have the ability to work across multiple locations within our Ohana Network. 

Who This Is Built For 

Flex plans are not one-size-fits-all. They are intentionally built for how different people actually use space: 

• Coworking members who need occasional privacy
  Work from open space most days, but step into a private office when you need to meet with clients or lock in for deep, focused work.  

• Client-facing professionals
  Attorneys, CPAs, advisors, and consultants who meet in person occasionally but do most of their work independently. Flex gives you a polished, professional setting when it matters.  

• Hybrid and remote teams
  Teams that do not need a full-time office but want the ability to come together regularly in a real office environment, not just a meeting room.

• Flex Therapy Offices
  Designed for therapists and wellness professionals, these offices prioritize privacy, comfort, and a calming environment rather than a traditional office setup. Ideal for client sessions without committing to a full-time space.  

• Team Flex Offices
  Available at select locations, Team Flex gives groups access to a true office environment for the day. This is a strong fit for hybrid teams that want to collaborate side-by-side in a more natural, productive setting.
