Member Spotlight: Orphan Care Ethiopia

Today we are highlighting another one of our members at Office Evolution Fairfax. Orphan Care Ethiopia is a not-for-profit organization with their goal being to rescue orphans in Ethiopia through the help of volunteers. OCE depends upon these volunteers as well as local communities, local and national governments, and other non-profits to address the orphan challenge in Ethiopia. Their goal is to create advocacy, domestic adoption, and education with these orphans. 

Naomi Haile is Orphan Care Ethiopia’s founder and was born in Ethiopia before moving to the United States for college. She visited an orphanage in Ethiopia in 2015 with her husband and adopted twin sons from the country in 2017. Naomi then founded OCE with the mission of increasing awareness of the orphan crisis in Ethiopia while subsequently providing physical, medical, financial, and spiritual support for these children. OCE’s goal is to break the chain of poverty and hopelessness and to change the orphans’ lives forever.
