Five Podcasts to Help You Grow Your Business

As a small business owner, staying in constant learning mode helps move your business to new levels of success. But, how can you develop new professional skills in the already limited time that you have?

Say hello to the world of podcasts. Podcasts are an excellent resource for entertainment, but they also offer a treasure trove of information to help business owners supplement their development. The best part is you can listen while commuting to work, in the office, at the gym or while you’re completing chores around the house. According to Podcast Insights, there are 29 million podcast episodes available on Apple iTunes, which means the chances are pretty good that you can find a podcast that covers any new skill, idea or business topic you want to explore.

To get you started, we’ve put together five podcasts primarily geared to help entrepreneurs and small business owners. Give these a listen:  

1.  MARIE FORLEO – THE MARIE FORLEO PODCAST

Marie Forleo is known for giving great advice to help entrepreneurs not just succeed in business, but also succeed in life. 3.  JOEL BROWN – ADDICTED 2 SUCCESS

Joel Brown wants to motivate you to succeed with his podcast Addicted 2 Success. With names like that, you can quickly find yourself binge-listening to these TED-worthy conversations. 4.  CHRIS GUILLEBEAU – SIDE HUSTLE SCHOOL

Chris Guillebeau launched his blog “The Art of Nonconformity” when he decided to travel to every country, documenting the journey along the way. Weekly dispatches from his global exploration eventually became an entire education business and platform based on the idea of living an unconventional life. Since his early blogging days, Guillebeau has written multiple business and entrepreneurship books, including, “Side Hustle.” Now his Side Hustle School podcast helps nighttime achievers and weekend warriors build their business while continuing to work other full-time jobs.
