Congratulating Rhett Bratt and Dawn Lopshire, together with their BCM Jordan Ruiz, on the opening of their second location and the newest Office Evolution in Concord, CA! The new location in Concord, CA will be a great partner with their first location in Walnut Creek and its BCM, Callie.
This Concord, CA location is now the home for Dreamers, Risk-takers, and Doers to be inspired and have a place to do what they best!
The location, on the 2nd floor above a great sushi restaurant, is 9,046 sf with 41 offices and 3 conference rooms. That results in a great density of 206 sf/key.
The location is in a mixed-use shopping center with lots of amenities close by including many fast food options and fine dining restaurants, a movie theater, Dave & Busters, City Sports Gym, Escape Room, Whole Foods 365 market, and UFC Gym.
