With over 60 locations nationwide, Office Evolution has more than 100 conference rooms and training spaces available for rent by the hour or by the day. Conference rooms typically hold 6-12 people easily, and training rooms can accommodate 20+ participants. In our conference rooms, you'll find a variety of technology options, from whiteboards and projectors, to TVs and video conferencing equipment. Not every meeting requires a formal conference room. Sometimes a smaller room with a table that seats three, four, or five people will do a better job helping you close the deal. There services are top notch (e.g. coffee, cold brew from a local coffee shop on tap, high speed internet, free parking) and the owners, Carol and David, are wonderful people to work with. During 2018, our company expanded our presence in the Columbus Ohio area and discovered Office Evolution. Moving into 2019 we expanded into Ann Arbor Michigan. Office Evolution had just opened a brand new location in the area and it was a perfect choice. Like Columbus, the owner and staff are completely committed to service and professionalism. Upon our first viewing of the space, we were blown away with up to date (brand new) furnishings, decor, everything. The physical location is convenient and only a block from the highway. With elevator access and a beautiful entry way, anyone would be pleased to work in or attend meetings in this space. Dave the owner takes a personal attention to the facility that we saw in Columbus and hoped for in Ann Arbor. He absolutely bends over backwards to accommodate any reasonable request and makes anyone feel respected and valued as a tenant. He picked the best possible person to command his ship! Andrea is an expert at her job as site administrator! She brings professional service and a kind representation to every situation. Amenities are plentiful including something I have never seen, COLD BREW COFFEE ON TAP. Spotless facility, no wait service, top of the line tech, multiple large conference rooms, and much more! If you are looking for short term, long term, or daily space, make sure to give your business a huge competitive edge with a place like OE!

I have been a member at Office Evolution for over a month now. I love the space! The central location makes it easy for my clients to get to, there is ample parking, and the owners have created a physical space that is both warm and professional (from the co-working space, the conference rooms, and the private offices). She has a background in personal banking, retail management and second language acquisition education. Having lived and worked in three different countries (Mexico, the US and South Korea), she feels right at home in a diverse and multicultural environment. She enjoys her time at the business center because it us a hub for ideas, innovation and personal development.
