This wonderful meeting room has an exectuive boardroom-style layout with bright window views and all the essentials for a productive meeting - like a white board for collaboration, and a tv screen for presentations! This space is ideal for team meetings, sales presentations, brainstorming sessions, client meetings, and so much more!
This more intimate meeting room has all of the essentials from one of Office Evolution Burlington's larger meeting room spaces, but for a smaller team! This space is ideal for collaborative sessions, small group discussions, and meetings with few attendees. As a quieter room with frosted privacy glass, this space is also ideal for more sensative or focused group discussions and meetings. This meeting room has seating for 6x indviduals, and has both a wall-mounted television screen and whiteboard.
Meeting Room 3 is a more intamate space with seating for 1-4x individuals around a central round table. The room has no windows, but does have frosted privacy glass by the door to the room facing the interior to the business center's common area. The room has a smaller wall-mounted whiteboard and conferencing room phone, and a projector is available upon request to project on the whiteboard if desired. This space is ideal for one-on-one meetings with team members or clients, empoyee reviews or interviews, or even just for private day of work on one's own!
The LeBlanc Meeting Room is a boardroom-style meeting room that seats 12x individuals comfortably. The meeting room has bright and sunny 2nd floor window views, and both a sizeable wall-mounted whiteboard and television screen for presentations and collaboration. Ideal for your next team meeting, or client presentation!
This more intimate meeting room is idea for focused work sessions with smaller teams or groups of about 6x individuals. The room has now windows and is in a quieter area of the 2nd floor, with frosted privacy-glass doors to the interior of the building for limited distractions. You have several options for reserving a meeting room. Some of our locations allow you to book directly from the website and see what spaces are available. You can also fill out the form on the website or call and one of our expert Business Center Managers will contact you to help you make your reservation. Some locations also offer a monthly meeting room membership for those with recurring meeting needs so that they can book through the online portal.

Yes! If you need to alter your existing meeting room reservation, simply contact your location during business hours and request a change. If you are a current member, you can login to adjust your reservation.
When you reserve one of our meeting room spaces, you gain access to a fully-furnished and tech-ready space to host your meeting. Our on-site receptionist will help you and any guests get settled and navigate the technology in the room. Everything you need is set up and ready for you when you arrive. Meeting room guests also gain access to our community kitchen and free refreshments during their stay.
Your room setup will really depend on the space that you reserve. But all of our spaces are fully equipped so that you can just show up with your laptop, sit down, and get to work. Our team takes care of making sure everything else is move-in ready for you. Some of our spaces have different furniture configurations that our staff will help you with during the reservation process.

Currently, Office Evolution – Burlington does NOT directly faciliate catering orders for members and guests of the location. However, many meeting room bookings may allow for the member and/or guests to order catering from a 3rd-party catering vendor to the business center to enjoy during their use of the meeting room space. All orders from 3rd party catering vendors to the 2 Burlington Woods drive building require proper disposal of food waste and the members/guests adhereing to the terms and conditions as outlined in their Member Service Agreement (MSA) or non-member guest workspace use agreement. Please note that certain limitations may apply.
