How do I reserve a training room?

You have several options for reserving a training room. Some of our locations allow you to book directly from the website and see what spaces are available. You can also fill out the form on the website or call and one of our expert Business Center Managers will contact you to help you make your reservation. Some locations also offer a monthly meeting room membership for those with recurring meeting needs so that they can book through the online portal.

Yes! If you need to alter your existing training room reservation, simply contact your location during business hours and request a change. If you are a current member, you can login to adjust your reservation.

When you reserve one of our training room spaces, you gain access to a fully-furnished and tech-ready space to host your meeting. Our on-site receptionist will help you and any guests get settled and navigate the technology in the room. Everything you need is set up and ready for you when you arrive. Training room guests also gain access to our community kitchen and free refreshments during their stay.

Your room setup will really depend on the space that you reserve. But all of our spaces are fully equipped so that you can just show up with your laptop, sit down, and get to work. Our team takes care of making sure everything else is move-in ready for you. Some of our spaces have different furniture configurations that our staff will help you with during the reservation process.

Most training rooms are equipped with projectors, screens, whiteboards, high-speed internet, and video conferencing capabilities. Your specific location will be able to tell you everything included in the particular space you reserve.

At this time, all bookings of the OCLEN Event & Training Room must be made directly with Office Evolution Burlington staff. Bookings cannot be placed online, and Office Evolution Burlington apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause for members and guests. To find out about the training room’s current availability, please contact the Office Evolution Burlington location by phone or email for assistance.

Currently, Office Evolution Burlington kindly requests that non-member guests contact Office Evolution at least one week in advance of their desired booking date for assistance with booking the training room. Bookings can be placed up to 6x months in advance.

All bookings of the OCLEN Event and Training Room are subject to availability, and to the member or guest accepting the terms and conditions for use. No booking is scheduled until confirmed by Office Evolution and the member/guest provided with a booking confirmation number.

Yes! All of the seats and desks in the training room workspace are wheel-mounted, allowing for members and guests to re-arrange the seating to accommodate their needs. Have a training session? Use a classroom-style set-up. Have a roundtable discussion? Try a seating arrangement with all of the desks in the center of the room and seating around the edges. Office Evolution Burlington’s team is here to help! Simply ask about seating options when you reach out.

Office Evolution Burlington’s standard business hours are 9:00am-5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Members and Guests may book the training room for use outside of standard business hours, but such bookings should be made in advance and may require the member or guest to obtain a building FOB in advance of their scheduled booking for access to the space.

Not every request for bookings of the training room outside of standard business hours can be accommodated. Please contact the Office Evolution Burlington location for assistance, and to answer additional questions. Thank you.

While Office Evolution Burlington does not directly facilitate food and beverage catering orders for members and guests, it may be possible for your group of attendees to enjoy delivered catering from one of the 100+ dining options in the Burlington, MA area through 3rd party delivery services. Please consult with the location’s Business Center Manager when planning your booking. Please reference the non-member guest or member terms and conditions for your booking, as there may be requirements (such as proper disposal of food waste).

At the Burlington Office Evolution location, Office Evolution members still receive their 50%-off hourly rate discount for bookings of the OCLEN Event & Training Room workspace.

Members and guests can cancel their booking of the training room up to 24-hours in advance of their scheduled booking at no charge.

Cancellations on the day of the booking will be charged the full booking price.
