Very nice office rental / co working space. Cheryl is so helpful! The day I went there were some Christmas treats and the shared co working space was empty except for me. A bit “old school” vibe with the furniture but very clean and close to the Cumberland blue line stop. Would use this space again!

The service here is incredible. Cheryl who was working the front desk was incredibly helpful and made sure I was set up with everything I needed to work in the space. The offices are great, and equipped with everything you need. I would highly recommend office evolution to anyone looking for a working space.

I am very happy with Office Evolution’s services. The Conference rooms are nice and neat, any size you need is available. My mail is promptly scanned and emailed to me. I wished they had locations in downtown area, too. But this is great service. I recommend this location to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience using the coworking space at Office Evolution, 8745 W Higgins Rd. The space was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a productive day, including fast internet and convenient access to printing. The added bonus of having a café and restaurant in the same building made it easy to stay focused without having to leave for meals or coffee. Dan, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed to work comfortably. I highly recommend Office Evolution to anyone looking for a professional and welcoming workspace in Chicago!

Great Location, Professional, Well-Lit, Quiet, Comfortable, Office Evolution has it all. I was in Chicago on business and needed a place to meet with a client. We planned on going to Starbucks if we couldn’t find a place. And when we came across Office Evolution, the proximity to the airport made this an easy gamble – which paid off! If I lived close by, I’d do a long-term rental here, but great to know that when I’m in Chicago, I have a professional place with reliable, fast internet to get things done. Thanks Dan!

These guys were an absolute life saver – a panic booking after a delayed flight, they were so lovely about fitting me into a room. I was in the door and on to my call in under 2 mins!

Solid wifi, great facilities – could not recommend enough and so close to the airport.

Lovely place to work! It’s the nearest cowering spot to Ohare Airport, which makes it perfect for me when I’m traveling or on standby. The have, somehow, EXCELLENT coffee.

I used OE’s Chicago location for two months and was super impressed with Cheryl’s and Dan’s courteousness and professionalism from the get go. The place was neat and clean, well-equipped and the kitchen (my favorite place) was always well-stocked! Cheryl was always accessible and went out of the way to help out in case I needed something. Staff is friendly and encourages appropriate workspace for all. This location is very convenient to O’Hare. The monthly price is reasonable. There is ample free parking. There’s a restaurant and shop in the building but also many restaurants nearby. There’s no distracting background music played. Entire premises is cleaned regularly.

Very nice office set up. Easy to find. Parking available. Wifi was good speed. Desk equipped with monitors, power strip, and phone. Friendly staff, gave me a tour and made me feel very welcome. Kitchenette with coffee. Cafe/convenience store in the building.
The office met the technical standards for the national certifying exam I was taking, And quiet enough to take the exam.

My husband rented a space at the location by O’Hare for over a month since his home office flooded and was under construction. Insurance would not cover it so we needed something quick and cost effective. Outstanding experience! Nice office space and wonderful individuals running this company! Thank you for taking good care of him during a stressful time!
