Canden Webb
Business Center Manager
Canden has worked in service to industry professionals, entrepreneurs and private executives for the past 10 years managing a wide range of projects with a focus on marketing and communications. After graduating from Howard University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2010, Canden got her start in leadership by partnering with hospitality businesses to facilitate artistic programming and foster strategies for expanded economic growth in metropolitan communities. She has since worked with national organizations like the YWCA and various nonprofits cultivating partnerships to boost consumer sales and support. Her vibrancy and clarity in translating the vision of the CEO while supporting teams informs her role as Business Center Manager serving Office Evolution Fairfax members and the larger community.

Owner
After a 38 year corporate career in a variety of executive sales leadership roles at Verizon, Fred retired in 2018 and opened his Office Evolution Business Center in the fall of 2020. Fred really enjoys supporting small business owners and entrepreneurs as this was one of of his most enjoyable and challenging positions at Verizon, specifically its Small and Medium Business customer segment. In this capacity he learned how small business owners value partners that can enable their growth. At Office Evolution that is exactly our goal along with Ohana, supporting our member community resulting in mutual success.
