Canden is fabulous! Office is spacious with an amazing coffee maker. We were a loud group but the soundproofing is superb.

Came for a conference and the storage was clean, accessible, and friendly!

I rented an office for a couple hours for a meeting and it was exactly what I needed. The space was clean and quiet and the staff was helpful. I recommend this place if you need a quiet place to work.

This space is simply amazing. LOOK NO FURTHER. I was nervous about leasing a coworking space at first but Fred and Office Evolution completely changed my mind and astronomically exceeded my needs and expectations. This space is unlike any other coworking space my team explored and considered. The offices and shared spaces are not just incredibly clean but the amenities and design is fantastic. The kitchen space is gorgeous, there are various conference rooms to fit any need, the private offices are ACTUALLY private offices, and Fred (owner) is usually around to greet you with a smile and positive attitude. Fred and his team thought of every detail, including a solution for blocking outside audio within the private offices (and vice versa). The location is excellent as well. Quick access to 66, plenty of food options nearby (some even in walking distance), and more parking than you would ever even need. I also want to recognize Fred for his amazing client service and management. It was refreshing to work with a commercial landlord who actually listened to the specific needs of your business and did everything he could to provide a tailored option. Within a month or two I felt like the Office Evolution team here were members of my firm as well. If you need office space or if you're on the fence about a coworking space, please look no further. This is it. You won't regret it.

If you are curious about co-working, you really should schedule a tour of this space. Great staff, beautiful space, well-maintained. It’s a gem.

We had an amazing experience at Office Evolution. Fred provided fantastic customer service. The meeting space was clean and quiet. There was plenty of free parking available. The wifi supported everyone at our 25-person meeting. I would highly recommend this meeting space and Fred for his amazing customer service. We will definitely utilize this space again in the future.

It has everything you need- spaces to congregate AND get some quiet, and technology that allowed me to put my best foot forward at all times.
