All of Office Evolution Madison conference rooms are equipped with large 4K monitors, glass white boards, Polycom speakerphones, noise cancellation and sound insulated walls.

The “Monona” room is our small conference room which seats 4-6 people.

The “Mendota” room is our large conference/training room. This room seats 16-18 people depending on configuration.

Day Offices

Day Offices are private, furnished offices that you can use for a couple hours or a couple days. Day offices are a great way to have ultimate flexibility at minimal expense.

Office Evolution’s private office members and shared workspace members on our Professional and Professional Plus plans get a set amount of free access to conference rooms, meeting spaces, and day offices, and they enjoy discounts on the hourly rates for additional room reservations.

Our Conference Rooms, also referred to as Meeting Rooms, are equipped with large 4K monitors, high-speed Wifi, glass white boards, Polycom speakerphones, noise cancellation, and natural light.

The “Monona” room is our small conference room which seats 4-6 people. A special feature of this room is it also has moving glass walls that open into the coworking lounge and/or the large conference room.

The “Mendota” room is our large conference/training room. This room seats 20 in boardroom configuration and it can convert into a training room with desks. It also has moving glass walls that open into the lobby and coworking space for events.
