Office Evolution- Madison Arboretum has been wonderful to work with. The facilities and offices are super clean, bright, and welcoming. Admin and operations support have been phenomenal as well- a very positive experience!

We’ve been at Office Evolution for over 2 years now, and it’s exactly the office space our company needs. The staff is wonderful, and I love chatting with them. The kitchen area is always clean and stocked, and the phone booths are excellent when I need to use them. Also, parking is easy, and it’s a nice location to get work done.

I have been at Office Evolution for almost two years now and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience! The location is incredible, convenient and well maintained. Not to mention the views from the office spaces are beautiful. Katy does an awesome job of managing the office, creating fun events for a great work culture and overall making Office Evolutions a fun workspace. The owners, Keith and Rhonda, truly care about the experience of everyone. All together, I highly recommend Office Evolution!

Fantastic space with amazing amenities and super helpful and friendly staff. I got a desk here for a month while I was working remotely and visiting family and friends in the area. 11/10

We utilized the conference room for a planning meeting and everything was excellent. Very clean and contemporary decor. We were able to order in a great lunch and the team was helpful in getting us everything we needed throughout the day. The price was right too!

We love having our office at Office Evolution. The location is convenient, parking is ample, the office space is clean and stylish. The owner Keith and Rhonda, the office manager Katy are all so kind and helpful, they are always ready to help and quite accommodative to their tenants’ needs. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of a flexible office space.

Great office space and location.

I’ve been loving Office Evolution! Keith and Katie are both extremely friendly and helpful, the Wi-Fi is fast, the coffee is good, what more could you ask for? The coworking plan is very reasonably priced and has been a great productivity boost.

Office Evolution is a wonderful place to work! Everyone is super friendly, the office spaces are modern and clean, and the work environment is quiet. Highly recommend!

I re-signed my lease at Office Evolution after an incredible first year working in one of their private offices. Working within a fully distributed small company, I originally sought out a private workspace to test my productivity and work-life routine in a private office versus at-home office.

I’ve found that at Office Evolution, I’m significantly more productive and satisfied with my daily routine compared to working from home — so much so that what I thought would be a few days in the office has turned into a full week at OE. I highly suggest anyone in a similar position test this space and see if a hybrid or full-time private office space is a better option for them. Returning to a clear physical boundary between work and home has been excellent for both dimensions of my life.

Having tested out a few different workspaces like this in Madison, I can quickly summarize what has made Office Evolution the clear best option for me:

1. Location — I live on the east side of Madison, so a west side location might seem far. It’s not. The convenience of being roughly a minute off the beltline in a relatively central spot within broader Madison area makes it a great spot for those driving to work. Also, while the building’s location within the city is obviously a big factor when picking an office space, the actual area around the building makes a big difference, too. Unlike other offices that are in crammed business parks or tight downtown spaces, Office Evolution is perched on a hill overlooking the Arboretum. Despite the highway being so close, the building feels tucked away in a quiet, unique pocket of town.

2. Parking — Unlike a downtown space or crowded business area where companies compete over limited parking space, parking is simply not an issue here. There’s a dedicated lot with plenty of parking spots. It’s simply not a problem like it is with most other spaces.

3. Vibe — Most private office spaces are drab, hyper-modern, sterile spaces devoid of any character or style. Office Evolution is actually an enjoyable space to spend a large chunk of your week in day after day. It’s clean. There’s color. It’s thoughtfully designed without being overdone. It’s not too big or too small. And as others have commented on, there’s just the right amount of socializing for a space like this. I meet interesting people all the time and the owners are genuine hosts and helpers—both a pleasure talk to.

4. Price — The rate is entirely reasonable and the pricing structure is simple. After my first 12-month lease came up for renewal, the rate reflected a totally fair market price—no gouging or other renewal craziness. Having spoken with other people and knowing firsthand how renewals go down in other spaces, I have a feeling people come here specifically because they’ve felt burned elsewhere. If that’s you, I’d really urge you check OE out.

In short, I’ve found Office Evolution to be exactly what I want in a private office space. It’s a place to be productive and comfortable while being around some great people that enrich the workday. If you’re feeling isolated inside a home office or are thinking about switching spaces, I highly suggest getting a quick tour and checking it out.

I’ve had my office here since March 1st, 2023 and moved from another co-working office on the west side of Madison that I had used for about 1 year. There were two main reasons I left my previous co-working space.

* Very Little Community – There were very few companies in the space and hardly anyone ever around. Part of the reason for me to not work in my basement is socialization. This location had none. I’m excited to say that Office Evolution regularly has people actively moving around, casually meeting in the breakroom, etc. In addition, Office Evolution actively promotes social activities including get togethers with drinks and food. It’s a great way to make people feel like they are part of something.

* Rate Hikes – My last co-working space gave me a fair rate for my office to start. However, I tried to add a second office and they wanted 4x what I was paying for my current office. This was pretty frustrating as the rate was just off the charts. After my initial 6-month contract ended, they then doubled my monthly rate and I assume the next renewal it would continue to increase. This drove me to seek out Office Evolution. I’m confident my rates will not astronomically jump after my contract ends. I do expect reasonable increases.

Overall, I’ve gotten more in return for my move than I expected. The community is great, I have a fair rent, owners Keith and Rhonda are great. They offer hot coffee and your standard kitchen appliances, utensils, plates, etc. They also have vending which is priced fairly, not as a profit center. My last location had Diet Coke priced at $2.00 per can (what???). Office Evolution is $0.50 per can. Makes you feel like you’re a partner, not just someone they make money from for rent and soda.

The office space is very modern and designed as a co-working space. So it’s very efficient without a bunch of unneeded space that raises everyone’s rent. The location is perfect, right off the Beltline and you’re always going to have a friendly smile at the front desk.

If you’re looking to get out of your basement or switch up where you currently co-work, drop in and take a tour. It was definitely worth my time and am super happy to be here.

Rhonda and Keith ensured that my experience at Office Evolution was outstanding. They responded promptly to my questions and created a welcoming environment. Also, there are many perks included with the membership. If you are looking for office space for your business, I highly recommend Office Evolution.

Everything about Madison Arboretum Office Evolution has been fantastic. An initial tour, pricing, signup, location, communication and working with the owners, booking the day office, and seeing clients: everything has gone as well as could be hoped. The location is convenient for clients, plenty of parking, and the facilities are top quality and complete. I’ve been in independent (psychology) practice in Madison since 2000, closed my prior office location of 16 years last August. This is a soundproofed, quiet but bustling and comfortable work environment. Madison Arboretum at Landmark Place has provided exactly what I need to serve clients now. I could not recommend Madison Arboretum more highly!

Rented a day office for a couple of hours. Great location. Clean, professional. Friendly owners that are very easy to work with. From booking, payment, and a great meeting it was a pleasure to work with the Kometer’s and Office Evolution. Will definitely be back.

This place was absolutely incredible. I dropped in same day in Madison, Wisconsin with no notice and was warmly greeted at the door by Keith (owner). Keith quickly set me up with a workspace and I was able to take calls, drink coffee, and get situated. I was super productive here and the pricing was super reasonable.

If you are looking for a professional place to work or hold meetings that doesn’t have background noise, barking dogs, etc. check out Office Evolution in Madison and worry about absolutely nothing. I will definitely be back again.
