Earlier this year, I had made the decision that we needed to "right size" after eliminating a line of our business. I envisioned our employees being remote, but yet having the space to come in and work in an office when needed. I also need that conference room for leadership and outside meetings. Diane lives by the mantra "Wherever you go, go with all your heart." And she is indeed the heart of Office Evolution Metro North - Northglenn. Diane has a nurturing, compassionate and energetic personality which makes her a wonderful fit for helping our members and meeting their needs. She values the sense of community within the office and finds every interaction within the office meaningful. Diane loves that she has a role in helping more than 45 businesses run smoothly, and there's never a doubt that she will provide an excellent experience. Diane has over 30 years of marketing experience beginning with her first job as a Marketing Rep for IBM, then running a successful franchise for twelve years and most recently fulfilling the role of Regional Marketing Manager overseeing 18 retail stores. Diane is excited to be an empowering resource for Office Evolution members. She is very involved with networking in the community and will share those connections with her members. She wants to see her members succeed and flourish.

Diane loves Colorado... the mountains called and she answered! In their free time, Diane and her husband, Dennis enjoy hiking, biking and being in nature. Their Jeep Rubicon is her favorite get-away vehicle to explore off-road trails and mountain drives. Diane also enjoys spending time with her three kids and four pups.

Meet Our Franchise Owners

Diane and Dennis Mapes are the owners of Office Evolution Metro North - Northglenn. The Mapes realized that there was a huge need in Denver's northern suburbs for affordable, professional office space for entrepreneurs and business professionals.

Diane and Dennis are extremely excited about the idea of partnering with small businesses and networking with local business professionals. They're looking forward to building relationships with clients, being engaged with the local community and helping professionals find office space that is an asset to their business. Diane has an extensive 30-year marketing background which benefits all the members in her Office Evolution community since she is the Business Center Manager. She loves networking and connecting individuals and businesses with each other. Dennis has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and General Administration. Due to all their experience, they both have a strong understanding of business development. They want to help members build and nurture new and lasting client relations. They are excited to connect and build a network with like-minded small business owners that strive to see each other succeed.

Together they have two teenage sons and a 26-year old daughter. They also have four small rescue dogs. They love hiking, skiing, exploring Colorado microbreweries and checking out the live music scene. On the weekends they enjoy off-roading in their Jeep Rubicon and checking new trails off their list. They both love being in the mountains and spending time in nature.
