We’ve loved having our office based at this OE. The office space is always clean, we can access the main entrance anytime we need to, and the customer service is always on point (timely responses to emails, friendly greetings at the front desk). We recommend OE!

I have had different office here including a virtual office. I have has zero complaints. The front desk staff have all been great. They are variety of rooms, booths and offices that can be rented by the hour. Bonus, they have "funny signs"

Gary Hutchinson the new office manager is extremely conscientious and helpful. Several times now he has gone out of his way to see how he can be of help (and I didn't even ask). He's very responsive and is surely an asset to the OE Broomfield team. He also went out of his way to provide me with a link so that I could easily schedule a meeting at the Broomfield office. When I made an error, he went in and corrected it. This is all above and beyond and he's only been in this position for a few weeks-ish...... It's nice to know that he is there to make our lives much easier! Thank you, Gary!

I’ve been using office share spaces for about 10 years now, and while Office Evolution Broomfield has always been a great spot, something truly special is happening here right now. And after spending time here, I realized a huge part of that is because of Gary. Gary isn’t just running the space; he’s elevating it. I watched him seamlessly switch between welcoming everyone, troubleshooting issues, and actually making the environment better—right before my eyes. Whether it was checking in with people, improving the space in real time, or just making sure the vibe stayed positive and productive, he was everywhere in the best way possible. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares this much about fostering a great experience for everyone. But what really stood out to me was the bond he has with people. It’s clear that people here don’t just rent an office—they belong to something. You can tell that Gary plays a huge role in that. He knows people by name, remembers the little things, and brings a level of hospitality that’s honestly hard to find anywhere, let alone in a coworking space. If you’re looking for an office space where you’ll feel valued, connected, and actually look forward to coming in, this is the place. Office Evolution Broomfield has always been solid, but right now, with Gary at the helm, it’s next-level.

Gary (property/office management) was inviting and very approachable. Gary did a nice walk around on the office space with me which was modern and clean and wonderful. He also offered cookies and coffee while I waited for my appointment. The entire experience was wonderful!

We love our space at Office Evolution! The whole staff has been AMAZING. Megan the front desk receptionist is a pleasure to be around and is super professional! Tami sets up all kinds of fun networking events. It has been great for our businesses! Highly recommend!!!
