I did a walk-in and used the open coworking space at the Greenwood Village location for $35/day, Rae was very friendly and helpful and offered cords to get me connected to a monitor. There were 2 desks with monitors in the open area and a couple other tables with chairs, it was fairly quiet as only a few other people used the open area. People do come and go to use the kitchen, mail, and printer so you should be okay with some activity and minor noise. There’s a small room with a door if you need to make private calls. WiFi was solid, overall it was a good experience and I’d use it again.

Sharing space with Rae at point coordinating so much and with a big warm smile has been great. She always brings a great attitude and energy to work place. I look forward to seeing her when I’m in. She’s a real keeper !

I worked out of this location recently on account of proximity to a meeting I had. Rae was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed for my half-day stay.

I have been working out of Office Evolution Louisville location for almost ten years now and have been very pleased with the facilities and services. Especially Beth at Louisville is always helpful. Utilized the Greenwood Village location for a remote client meeting this morning and was very pleased. The member experience specialist Rae was cheerful and helped me find my way around and with some support for my client meeting.

Office evolution sure makes things easy. Our company has two offices and we have been here for a few years now and do not currently have any plans to make a change. Rae Our community manager is extremely helpful and certainly goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

This isn't my primary office location, but I work out of this office on occasion. It's a great location, very nice workspace and Rae, the Director of Community Relations, is extremely helpful when I'm there.

Our company uses Office Evolution for business meetings and we have always had the best experience! I would highly recommend them for renting space.

I needed an office at short notice for a meeting with execs that were in town for the day. The folks at Office Evolution were able to get things setup for me and provided a nice room with all of the amenities that we needed including for a productive day. All of the staff I interacted with were very helpful and polite. I will definitely use the Office Evolution in Greenwood Village facilities again.

Optics grade D. Potential A. First Impression: Public areas look like typical teenager’s bedroom - disaster area of junk layers, we couldn’t get past that part for a professional office where we would bring clients. Pricing is unreasonably high for the amount of space compared to local alternatives.
