Wisconsin’s first ever OE has opened at 2921 Landmark Place in Madison, a prime spot just off the Beltline and the perfect location to serve the communities of Madison, Verona, Fitchburg, Middleton, and Monona, says Franchising.com. The 9,948 square foot space has 55 private offices and is owned and managed by Keith and Rhonda Kometer, entrepreneurs with backgrounds in marketing, product development, and customer service.
“As entrepreneurs, we find it very fulfilling to help other local business owners grow and succeed,” says Keith Kometer, who adds that the couple was attracted to Office Evolution in large part because of its Ohana (family) culture. “Working together to bring Office Evolution to the Madison community is something we are very passionate about.”
Providing Close-to-Home Workspace
With the whole concept of the office changing because of the pandemic, more and more companies are allowing employees the flexibility to design their own work schedule. For many, that means working in a smaller, more flexible space in suburban locations convenient to where they live. Office Evolution’s model – supported office space with both open and private options and no long term leases – has proven to be a plus, and nationwide presence has grown significantly during the pandemic.
“As the first location in the state of Wisconsin, we are dedicated to supporting Keith and Rhonda by providing them with the corporate assistance they need to expand in the region,” said Mark Hemmeter, CEO and founder of Office Evolution. “The close-knit relationship between our local owners and our members is the bread and butter of our brand and what has lead to our recent success and expansion.”
