Karena Monson
Business Center Manager
As the Business Center Manger, Karena is the heart and soul of Office Evolution Carmel. Her infectious smile and charming personality are always ready to welcome you and your clients to OE Carmel. Karena grew up in Carmel and is a proud graduate of Carmel High School, where she participated in the girls basketball and softball programs. Go Greyhounds! She enjoys helping and watching the current members business’ flourish in the supportive OE Carmel environment.
Karena attended Concordia University Wisconsin, receiving a Bachelor degree in Athletic Training, then Concordia University Chicago, earning a Master degree in Exercise Science. While at CU Wisconsin, Karena participated in the women’s basketball program through her junior year. Karena enjoys taking her golden retriever, Wrigley, for hikes and competing in dock diving competitions with him. She also is an avid traveler and loves exploring new places, especially where it is warm!
Kris and Brian
Owners
Kris & Brian, the owners of Office Evolution Carmel, are passionate about supporting local small business owners. It is not uncommon to see them walking their golden retriever, Pippi, or riding their bikes to downtown Carmel to shop at Joe’s Butcher Shop; eat at Bazbeaux Pizza, or Woody’s Library Restaurant; or stopping by Peace Water Winery for a glass of wine. After meeting and getting to know many of the local business owners, Kris & Brian wanted to find a way to become a part of the local small business community themselves. As new business owners, they are excited to finally be part of Carmel’s small-business friendly community. After finding Office Evolution and learning about the company’s core values and Ohana mentality (Hawaiian for family), Kris & Brian knew Office Evolution Carmel was the ideal business to build a community of small businesses and entrepreneurs in Carmel. The concept resonated with them, knowing it would make a big impact in the lives of anyone wanting a quiet, comfortable space to work, but didn’t have one.
