Elena Blenden graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in Event Management. With experience in customer service, event planning, marketing, and social media management, she has cultivated a knack for creating memorable experiences and engaging audiences across various platforms. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys spending quality time with her beloved Blue Heeler/Aussie mix, Ranger. Recently, she embarked on a new life chapter, tying the knot and settling into a cozy new home in Cedar Rapids with her spouse. She also enjoys keeping up with the latest movies, TV shows, and books to stay in the loop with pop culture.

Owners
Tom & Melissa, the owners of Office Evolution Cedar Rapids are passionate about supporting local small business owners. The inspiration to open a Cedar Rapids location came from the experiences Tom had as an Office Evolution member in Colorado and was cemented by the enthusiastic corporate team and family-like community of OE owners. Tom has been a serial entrepreneur all his life. He started a business in his 20s and is currently in a leadership role at ESCO. Tom is looking forward to sharing his knowledge and skills with the members of the Office Evolution Cedar Rapids community. Before starting this adventure with Office Evolution, Melissa was an elementary education teacher in Cedar Rapids. When presented with the opportunity to run the Cedar Rapids center, she left her teaching job and jumped in with both feet. When not at work, Tom & Melissa enjoy the company of their three girls and blue heeler mix, Maggie. The various services offered by Office Evolution Cedar Rapids are ideal for a newly started local business to an established company looking to expand regionally or nationally. These services include: business mailbox/address, private offices, shared workspace, conference rooms, and live phone answering. Tom & Melissa have enjoyed supporting local Cedar Rapids business for the past 20+ years and now with Office Evolution Cedar Rapids, are excited to provide a space for local entrepreneurs and small business owners to flourish.
