About Our Location
All of Office Evolution Johns Creek conference rooms are equipped with large 4K monitors, glass white boards, Polycom speakerphones, noise cancellation and sound insulated walls.
The “Dreamers” room is our small conference room which seats six. This room rents to guests for $40/hour and our members can use this room at a 50% discount.
The “Risk Takers” room is our medium conference room. This room seats eight. This room rents to guests for $60/hour and our members can use this room at a 50% discount. A special feature of this room is it also has moving slidable walls that open into the lobby in case you were having an event in the evening and needed to seat more people. Special pricing applies for opening up the space.
The “Doers” room is our large conference/training room. This room seats sixteen in board room configuration. This room rents to guests for $70/hour and our members can use this room at a 50% discount. This room also has moving slidable walls that open into the lobby for seating up to 70 or standing room up to 100. Special pricing applies for opening up the space.
Our private office plan, professional plan, and professional plan plus members receive $60 of conference room time each month with their plans. You can use your $60 credit on any conference room or day office. We also have daily rates for these rooms based on 7 hours.
Not every meeting requires a formal conference room. Sometimes a smaller room with a table that seats three, four, or five people will do a better job helping you close the deal. Our Conference Rooms, also referred to as Meeting Rooms, come in a variety of sizes. Our Small Conference Room has a conference table that seats 6. Our Medium Conference Room has a conference table that seats 8. Our Large Conference/Training Room has a conference table that seats 16 and has sliding walls that open to the lobby for after hours events as large as 100 people.
All of our conference rooms are equipped with high-speed Wifi, a large screen 4k monitor, a white board and a conference phone.
