Office Evolution is a membership-based business center, offering the flexibility of month-to-month, six month and one year terms based on your specific needs. No long term commitment is required. Furthermore, if you don’t need a full time office, you can take advantage of either part time flex plans (20, 40, 60 or 80 hours per month), day offices and meeting rooms by the hour or day, and coworking/shared workspace memberships.
Our members appreciate that their private office membership is all inclusive… no unexpected add-on charges or invoices that require hours to dissect each month.
Offices feature high quality, modern full-size desks, executive chairs, guest chairs, locking pedestals and multi-function telephone handsets. From a service perspective, telephone answering and an allocation toward meeting room use is included, as is front desk reception, onsite business manager, mail and package handling, high speed internet, and a community kitchen with complementary gourmet hot beverages and purified water.
Add to all this 24/7 access, ample free parking (open air and covered), and a super convenient location just ¾ mile from the 440 Beltline across the street from the Crabtree Valley Mall, within walking distance of the area’s most popular restaurants.
We pride ourselves on staying abreast of, and adhering to, CDC guidelines as well as the mandates set forth by local and state government. Currently, that includes the recommendation of masks as well as the encouragement of receiving a negative COVD-19 test if symptoms are present.
High touch areas, conference room furniture and accessories, kitchen counters, appliances and furniture, and our coworking/shared office space are regularly wiped down with anti-bacterial disinfectants. In addition, hand sanitizer is provided at central areas throughout the business center.
The ample size of our offices, meeting rooms and coworking/shared workspace areas allows for appropriate social distancing.
We embrace touchless technology in the reception area through the state-of-the-art Greetly app which efficiently announces guest arrivals via text or email to our members’ smart phones or computers.
